Exceptions / non-returnable items (AI Art Downloads)

Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, including digital products such as AI art downloads, instant downloads, printable files, and digital design files.

Because these items are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase, all AI art download sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been provided or the file has been accessed.

If you experience problems such as:

• a corrupted or unreadable file

• an incomplete download

• receiving the wrong file

• trouble accessing your download link
